These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Poop Savvy website and dog waste removal service. By requesting a quote, booking service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
Poop Savvy provides dog waste removal ("pooper-scooper") service for residential yards in the Dallas, Texas suburbs. Service includes scooping pet waste from your yard on the schedule you select (weekly or every other week) and hauling the collected waste away. Service availability depends on your location being within our active service area.
2. Quotes and booking
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including your city, yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Standard pricing covers 1–4 dogs at our published weekly and every-other-week rates; yards with 5 or more dogs, or other unusual circumstances, receive a custom quote after we follow up with you. Final pricing is confirmed when you set up your account through our booking system at book.poop-savvy.com. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was described.
3. Payment and billing
- Service is billed on a recurring, prepaid monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- By enrolling, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method on file for recurring service.
- Prices may change with reasonable advance notice. Continuing service after a price change means you accept the new price.
4. Yard access and safety
So we can do a great job safely, you agree to:
- Provide safe, unobstructed access to the yard on your service day (an unlocked gate or a working gate code);
- Secure or restrain aggressive dogs during your scheduled service window;
- Let us know about anything we should be aware of (dog temperament, hazards, sprinkler schedules, etc.).
If we cannot safely access the yard on your service day, we may skip that visit, and the visit may still be billed as scheduled.
5. Scheduling and weather
We service on routes by area, so your exact arrival time may vary. In cases of severe weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control, service may be delayed or rescheduled to the next available day. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel or pause recurring service at any time by contacting us; please give us reasonable notice before your next scheduled visit. Prepaid amounts for service not yet performed will be handled fairly, and any refund is limited to service that has not been rendered. Completed visits are non-refundable.
7. Satisfaction
We want you happy. If you're not satisfied with a cleanup, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right — typically by returning to re-service the area at no additional charge.
8. Right to refuse or end service
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service for any reason, including unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, non-payment, or abusive conduct. We'll communicate with you if this happens.
9. Limitation of liability
Poop Savvy provides service with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to our service is limited to the amount you paid for service in the month the claim arose. We are not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, damage caused by pets, or issues arising from inaccurate access information provided to us.
10. Website use
Our website and its content are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Our quote form is processed through our third-party partner (Formspree), and booking and payment functions are provided through our booking system at book.poop-savvy.com — both are subject to their own terms as well. 11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
