Why we started it

Dog waste removal is not glamorous work, but it is the kind of job that genuinely gives a family their back yard back. Most of our customers are not squeamish — they are busy. Between work, kids and the dog, the yard is the last thing on the list, and by the time anyone gets to it the mess has already won.

So we kept the business deliberately small and unglamorous: a real local crew, a predictable route, honest pricing and clear communication. No franchise fee, no rotating subcontractors, no corporate script read back at you.

How the business runs

Saturday is our main service day, because Josh works full time alongside Poop Savvy. Fridays are used for makeups and reschedules when something moves. A few customers have special arrangements that fall outside those days — those are exceptions, not the default, and we will always tell you which day is yours in writing before you prepay.

Every visit follows the same order: you get an On My Way text, the yard gets worked with sanitized tools, the waste goes into your outdoor bin, the gate gets closed and photographed, and you get a completion text. If something delays us, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

What we will not do

• We will not lock you into a long contract to keep a route full.
• We will not charge a new recurring customer an initial cleanup fee.
• We will not claim to serve a city we cannot reach reliably.
• We will not charge you for a visit we miss and cannot make up. If a locked gate, loose dogs or an unsafe yard keeps us out, the first time is free; after that, the visit is charged, and a return trip before your next service is not guaranteed.
