What we do with your information.
Short version: we use it to quote and service your yard, and for nothing else.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect the details you type in — your name, phone number, email address, service address and city, dog count, the schedule you are interested in and any access notes you add.
Why we collect it
- To prepare your quote and show you pricing.
- To schedule and service your yard, including route planning.
- To send service texts and emails about your visits and payments.
Who sees it
Poop Savvy (Reed & Reed Ventures LLC) uses it internally. Quote form submissions are delivered through Formspree, our form service, and card payments are processed by Square. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Text messaging
We send service texts — an On My Way message, a completion message, and reminders about payments or schedule changes — between 8am and 7pm. Message frequency depends on your plan. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or ask us to switch to email. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply.
Keeping and removing it
We keep customer records while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and tax purposes. Ask us to delete your quote request or customer record and we will do it, apart from anything we are required to retain.
